Orders are processed and mailed within 24-48 hours of receipt, Monday through Friday if the order is placed prior to Noon CST.
Motor Age Training will accept purchase orders for training manuals if the order is being placed by a government agency or a school.
All ASE Study Guides are sent via UPS, unless you request than an order be delivered to a PO Box, in which case they will be shipping via US Postal Service.
The books are revised and updated in correlation with the changing ASE task lists for each subject. The updated task lists are provided to us by ASE each fall.
Receipts are automatically emailed to you after you make a purchase. If you do not receive the email receipt, please check your spam or junk folder. You can also view all of your orders on your My Account page.
Product returns (i.e. books, DVDs) should be shipped to Endeavor Business Media, ATTN: Returns Department, 1263 Southwest Blvd., Kansas City, KS 66103.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 30 days of purchase for a full refund minus shipping & handling. In order to receive your refund, the returned item(s) MUST BE IN RESALABLE CONDITION. Damaged returns will not be refunded. Refunds can take up to 4-6 weeks.
